Supply Chain City® in Singapore is the global headquarters of YCH Group and a pioneering model for next-generation logistics infrastructure. Situated within Singapore’s Jurong Innovation District, this 6.5-hectare facility is engineered to accelerate industry best practices and reinforce Singapore’s position as a premier global logistics hub.

Designed for scalability and high-velocity commerce, Supply Chain City® operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. By integrating advanced robotics and automated systems, the facility streamlines complex supply chain activities to achieve unparalleled levels of efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
Powered by Fusionaris®
At the heart of the facility is Fusionaris®, a landmark logistics system that fuses a 50-metre ASRS with a five-storey ramp-up warehouse, delivering ~450 pallets/hour throughput and 10-second retrieval.
It also deploys AMRs, ACRs, inventory drones, and integrated control software to maximise land efficiency, enable 24/7 operations, and optimise labour.

In line with YCH Group’s goal to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, Supply Chain City® serves as the sustainable benchmark for all the group’s assets across APAC.
Holding dual LEED Platinum and BCA Green Mark certifications, the flagship hub integrates eco-friendly architecture with an advanced carbon management system and a rooftop solar installation producing 3.8 MWp of clean electricity annually. Further driving green logistics innovation, Supply Chain City also debuted Singapore’s first electric prime mover truck in 2024.

Expanding the Network: Supply Chain City® Malaysia
Building on the success of the Singapore headquarters, YCH Group has broken ground on Supply Chain City® Malaysia (SCC MY) in 2025. Located in the award-winning township of Bandar Bukit Raja (BBR), Selangor, this RM500 million project represents our largest investment in Malaysia to date, and will serve as a key node in the ASEAN Smart Logistics Network (ASLN) and the SGConnect™ initiative.
