Fusionaris® - The Future of Smart Logistics
At the heart of YCH’s Supply Chain City® Singapore lies Fusionaris®, an end-to-end logistics system that redefines how goods are stored, moved, and managed. By fusing a 50‑metre-tall Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) with a five‑storey ramp‑up distribution centre, Fusionaris® delivers the density of a mega‑warehouse with the flexibility of a modern multi-level hub.
Smarter, Faster, More Efficient
Fusionaris® is engineered for speed and scale. Its high-bay ASRS can handle up to 450 pallets per hour, slashing retrieval times from minutes to about 10 seconds per pallet. The design provides multi-level access and 120 loading bays, enabling continuous 24/7 operations and built-in redundancy if one level faces disruptions.

Fusionaris supports multi-temperature operations across ambient, chilled and frozen zones within the same integrated facility. This enables customers to manage diverse product portfolios-from dry goods to temperature-sensitive food, medical devices and pharmaceuticals-under one roof, with seamless transfers between zones and consistent cold-chain integrity.
Customs-Ready, Trade-Optimised Operations
The facility operates under a flexi-bonded APEX licence, allowing goods to be stored, consolidated and re-exported with streamlined customs processes. This supports regional distribution, transhipment and value-added services while reducing dwell time and administrative overhead for importers and exporters.
Built for Sustainability and Growth
By stacking storage vertically, Fusionaris® uses around one-eighth the land of conventional warehousing for the same capacity, supporting YCH’s green logistics vision. Its scalable, automated design grows with customer demand while optimising labour and energy use.
