Mr Nguyễn Nguyên Hài is the General Director of YCH Protrade in Vietnam, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth initiatives in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr Nguyễn has held numerous senior management roles across leading multinational corporations, including Schneider Electric, Nokia, Samsung Vina, Sonion, and Hewlett-Packard. Throughout his career, he has championed operational excellence programmes, spearheaded Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, driven process standardisation, and led digital transformation efforts. His leadership has consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity, service quality, and financial performance.

A scholar-practitioner with a strong foundation in both theory and application, Mr Nguyễn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Franco-Vietnamese Center for Management Education. He is widely recognised for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
