Mr Shia Yew Peck is the Chief Financial Officer of YCH Group, overseeing the full spectrum of the Group’s financial management. His responsibilities include strategic financial planning and analysis, the formulation of regional business and financial strategies, strengthening internal controls and compliance frameworks, as well as overseeing budgeting and treasury management across the Group.

Prior to joining YCH, Mr Shia held senior finance and management roles with organisations including HNA Capital (Beijing) and Robinson & Company (Singapore) Private Limited. He also brings deep professional experience from a global audit firm, Ernst & Young.

Mr Shia holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and has completed the INSEAD Asian International Executive Programme. He is a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
