Ryan Yap serves as Head of C.M.L.V. and Head of Growth & Partnerships at YCH Group. In his role as Head of C.M.L.V., he oversees all business and operational activities across the region, driving strategic initiatives and continuously identifying and capitalising on new growth opportunities.

In his role as Head of Growth & Partnerships, Mr. Yap leads strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable growth through organic expansion, groundbreaking innovations, strategic collaborations, and mergers and acquisitions. He is integral in developing and implementing intellectual property strategies that drive overall growth and foster cooperative relationships with other companies. His expertise includes operational excellence, adopting cutting-edge technologies, exploring innovative partnerships, and creating new revenue streams and value chains.

Prior to joining YCH, Mr Yap gained extensive legal experience at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in litigation involving white-collar crime and employment law, and advising clients on regulatory offences and employment disputes.

As a third-generation leader in a family-owned business, Mr Yap is committed to leveraging YCH’s rich heritage and deep supply chain expertise to promote inclusive and sustainable growth. He focuses on developing strategies that highlight YCH’s strong family values and industry leadership.

Mr Yap holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Durham, United Kingdom. He also serves as a Council Member of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, contributing to the broader business community.
