Ms Margaret Toh serves as Senior Advisor at YCH Group, providing strategic counsel to the Group’s leadership team on business priorities and corporate functions such as procurement. Drawing on more than 25 years of leadership experience across multiple markets and business disciplines, she supports the Group in strengthening organisational capabilities, driving operational effectiveness and enabling sustainable long-term growth.

Prior to her appointment as Senior Advisor, Ms Toh served as Executive Director, where she played a pivotal role in advancing YCH Group’s business strategy, operational excellence and regional growth initiatives. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions spanning human resource development, business development, new market start-ups and country management, with extensive experience across Malaysia, India, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Widely respected for her people-centric leadership style, Ms Toh combines deep commercial insight with strong expertise in human capital development. Her ability to align business strategy with talent development has enabled leaders and teams across the region to build resilient organisations, strengthen leadership capability and deliver sustainable business performance.

Ms Toh holds a Bachelor of Economics from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
