Mr Khoo Ngiap Seng is the Chief of Operations and Regional General Manager at YCH Group. He leads the Group’s operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Greater China and Taiwan, with overall responsibility for business strategy, operational excellence and financial performance.

With more than two decades of experience in third-party logistics across Singapore and the region, Mr Khoo has played an instrumental role in strengthening YCH Group’s operational capabilities and expanding its regional footprint. He has led numerous enterprise logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives for multinational customers, overseeing projects from solution design and process transformation through to operational start-up and full-scale implementation.

A passionate advocate of innovation, Mr Khoo has been a key driver of YCH Group’s digital and operational transformation journey. He spearheaded the implementation of YCH’s patented FUSIONARIS® solution, which doubled the growth of Singapore operations within three years. He also led the deployment of a multi-tiered robotic omnichannel fulfilment solution, reinforcing YCH’s position as an industry innovator.

Mr Khoo’s leadership has been recognised by the industry through the Supply Chain Executive of the Year award in 2019 and the Supply Chain Innovator of the Year award in 2022, both presented by Supply Chain Asia. He also serves as a Technical Advisor to the National Research Foundation’s (NRF) Central Gap Fund, supporting the commercialisation of research outcomes into products, processes and services that generate economic and societal benefits for Singapore.

Mr Khoo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours), majoring in Logistics Management, from the National University of Singapore. He also completed the Supply Chain Innovation Leadership Program under the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL) Global SCALE Network and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
