Mr Isaac Chua is the Head of Corporate Ventures and Investments at YCH Group. In this role, he leads the Group’s corporate finance initiatives and oversees mergers and acquisitions of firms with high growth potential.

Mr Chua is also a Partner at Supply Chain Angels, YCH Group’s corporate venture arm responsible for identifying and investing in start-ups that are synergistic and complementary to the Group’s core business. Guided by the vision of “Creating Unicorns in the Supply Chain”, Supply Chain Angels works closely with emerging innovators and is a corporate partner of SGInnovate to support the growth of transformative supply chain technologies. Mr Chua manages the end-to-end execution of venture capital opportunities and plays a strategic role in leading and planning due diligence activities across all functional areas involved in transactions, including commercial, financial, products, operational, and technology assessments.

Prior to joining YCH, Mr Chua has more than 12 years of experience in Tembusu Partners and Jubilee Capital Management. During this time, he managed investments across private equity, venture capital, and investment banking, and was involved in numerous capital market transactions, including initial public offerings and reverse takeovers for companies listed on the Singapore Exchange. His expertise includes managing the entire scope of sourcing, acquiring, to managing the growth of private companies across sectors including technology, healthcare, and education.

Mr Chua graduated with first-class honours in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
