Mr Vega Susatyo Adi serves as the Country General Manager of Indonesia at YCH Group, where he provides strategic leadership for the company’s Indonesia operations, driving sustainable growth and strengthening operational excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in Indonesia’s supply chain industry, Mr Adi brings deep expertise in business management, sales and distribution, trade marketing, and end-to-end commercial strategy. He has held multidisciplinary roles across both multinational and local corporations, building strong track records in revenue growth, market expansion, and leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr Adi has managed well-known brands including British American Tobacco, Martha Tilaar Group, Sampoerna Group, Frisian Flag Indonesia, Mead Johnson Indonesia, and Samsung Electronics. Prior to joining YCH, Mr Adi served as Senior Director and Head of Consumer Electronics at Samsung Electronics, where he was responsible for the overall business performance of the Consumer Electronics division. In this capacity, he oversaw strategic planning, sales execution, and channel management to strengthen market leadership and drive sustainable growth.
