Ms Annie Lam is the Chief People Officer at YCH Group, where she leads the Group’s people strategy and human capital agenda across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Since joining YCH in 2020, she has led the continued transformation of the Human Resources function into a strategic business partner, championing organisational development, leadership capability, workforce transformation and digital HR initiatives that support the Group’s long-term growth.

With over 20 years of regional HR leadership experience across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australasia and China, Ms Lam has held senior human resources appointments with Metro Global, La Vie Hotels & Resorts and Park Hotel Group. She is recognised for partnering closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen organisational capabilities and foster an inclusive, people-centric culture. Under her leadership, YCH Group has strengthened its leadership bench, accelerated workforce transformation and enhanced organisational resilience, positioning the Group for sustainable growth in an evolving business landscape.

The Group has also strengthened its HR capabilities and earned industry recognition, including the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) Excellence in Transformation & Innovation Award. Ms Lam was also named a finalist for the HR Leader of the Year 2025 at the HR Excellence Awards, recognising her contributions to advancing HR excellence within the organisation, amongst the other awards that YCH Group was nominated for and won.

Ms Lam graduated from Kingston University, London, with a Bachelor of Business Management (First Class Honours). She is also a certified Career Coach and holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), reflecting her passion for developing talent and building future-ready organisations.
