Mr Khoo Ngiap Seng is the Regional General Manager and Chief of Operations at YCH Group. He has over two decades of extensive local and regional experience in third-party logistics. As Regional General Manager, Mr Khoo is responsible for the business strategy, operations and financial results for Singapore, Malaysia, Greater China, and Taiwan, serving leading players from the fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, chemical as well as pharmaceutical industries. He possesses more than 10 years of regional experience, having participated in key roles in establishing YCH Group’s presence overseas. Mr. Khoo also heads the Operations Excellence of the group and provides strategic oversight and management of Business Development verticals including Electronics, Chemicals, Consumer Products as well, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term growth.

Mr Khoo has been a pivotal figure in initiating the innovation journey in YCH, with the implementation of YCH’s patented innovative solution called FUSIONARIS®, which has doubled the growth for Singapore operations within a span of three years. He is also a key driver in the project management of various global enterprise logistics and supply chain projects, from the early stages through to process mapping to the start-up of operations and full implementation. He was also awarded the Supply Chain Executive of the Year 2019 by Supply Chain Asia, Best Employee in 2016, and awarded the Logistics Study Award (NUS-YCH) in 2001. Mr Khoo spearheaded an operations excellence project focused on implementing a multi-tiered robotic O2O fulfilment solution, resulting in the recognition as the Supply Chain Innovator of the Year at the Supply Chain Asia Awards in 2022.

Mr Khoo is appointed as a Technical Advisor to National Research Foundation (NRF) Central Gap Fund, that aims to support the translation of research outcomes into products, processes and/or services that generate economic and societal benefits for Singapore.

Mr Khoo graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons), majoring in Logistics Management from the National University of Singapore. He completed the Supply Chain Innovation Leadership Program from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) CTL Global SCALE. He is currently pursuing his Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
