Ms Catherine Yap serves as the Executive Director of YCH Group. She oversees the Group’s corporate services, providing leadership across Procurement, Insurance, Facility Management, and Corporate Audit, with a strong focus on compliance within complex, multi-country regulatory environments.

Anchored by a strategic and disciplined approach to financial planning, Ms Yap plays a key role in advancing YCH’s long-term business objectives. A graduate of the London School of Accountancy and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK), she brings deep expertise across finance, taxation, risk management, and audit.

Ms Yap’s multi-dimensional experience in business and financial management within the logistics industry, coupled with extensive exposure to internationalisation and growth management, enables her to navigate complexity while supporting sustainable, scalable growth.
