Mr Jossy Sebastian joined YCH Group in 2011 as Head of Operations and has since progressed through the organisation to his present role as Country General Manager, YCH India.

Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in expanding YCH’s footprint across India, positioning the company as a trusted, value-added logistics partner to its customers. In his current capacity, he leads strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer service delivery, driving innovation and service reliability in an increasingly dynamic logistics landscape.

Prior to joining YCH, Mr Sebastian brings 15 years of diverse experience in consulting, retail, manufacturing, and multi-level marketing, working with organisations such as Aditya Birla Retail, Anantara Solutions, and Herbalife.

Mr Sebastian holds a master’s degree in management from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bangalore, and is an alumnus of Rishi Valley School. A consistent academic rank holder, he also contributed to academia as a faculty member at Xavier Institute, Bangalore, for two years.
