Mr Seung Jhin (SJ) Lee serves as the Country General Manager for South Korea and Japan, providing strategic leadership across 7PL™-driven contract logistics and end-to-end supply chain management. He is known for building resilient organisations, aligning teams around customer outcomes, and translating complex logistics requirements into scalable, integrated solutions.

Mr Lee began his career in the Cargo Division of Korean Air, holding roles in sales, marketing, and budget management. He later expanded his international experience as Cargo Manager in Los Angeles, before leading multinational accounts as Head of Key Account and Sales Team at Schenker Korea.

A founding member of YCH Korea, Mr Lee has spent 16 years shaping the company’s strategic direction and culture. Under his leadership, the team secured key clients including Volvo, Kodak, Philips, Versuni, and Good Year, achieving annual revenues exceeding KRW 30 billion for three consecutive years. This success is underpinned by integrated logistics solutions, including freight forwarding capabilities.

Mr Lee is widely recognised for his people-centric leadership, maintaining a cohesive leadership team that has remained aligned and evolved with the industry since inception. He continues to strengthen the One YCH culture through trust, collaboration, and long-term commitment.
