Margaret Toh (VP, South Asia & Director, Human Resources)
Margaret is holding the joint portfolio as VP, South Asia and Director, HR. Margaret started her career at YCH in the area of HRM and has played a vital role in cultivating dynamic and enterprising talents, as well as creating a fun and vibrant corporate culture, to create a uniquely flexible and scaleable organizational structure in YCH. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of human resource and training, Margaret has been able to transform the group to achieve competitive advantage through strategic human resource management and human resource development. Margaret has also led the group to achieve the National Training Award in 1994, Corporate Human resources Award 1997, and established YCH as the Certified OJT Center (COJTC) .
Over the years, Margaret has taken on added roles in regional business development and has contributed in YCH's regional growth both in aspects of new country penetration and country growth. As VP, South Asia, Margaret is in charge of a few key markets in South Asia and is part of our key corporate team in charge of our strategic accounts.
Margaret graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada and a Masters in Business Administration from National University of Singapore. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
