Incorporated in Singapore on 31 October 1981, Y3 Technologies (previously known as YCH Technology Pte Ltd) is primarily engaged in the business of developing computer software and the provision of IT and Internet consulting services. Y3 Technologies has been developing programs for our Group to support our business operations.

We have been using computer software developed by Y3 Technologies capable of supporting our Group's operations in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing management and traffic management (collectively, such software to be referred to as the "Software"). In particular, in relation to the supply chain solutions, we have developed the solutions known as Intribution™, Intrabution™ and Retrogistics™, supported by software developed by Y3 Technologies.
