Catherine Yap (Executive Director )
Catherine has been instrumental in managing the phenomenal growth and globalisation of YCH. Catherine oversees the finance insurance business and audit functions of YCH Group, and is also responsible for regional audit and management reporting. With over 17 years of multi-dimensional business management and accounting experience in the logistics industry, Catherine brings to the group invaluable depth in enterprise and growth management.
She has been a key element in steering the Group's internationalization from Singapore into China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia and Mexico. Her expertise in corporate governance has enabled the group to strategically position itself as a dynamic corporation, with extremely scalable capabilities.
Catherine graduated from the London School of Accountancy and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK). She has also participated in the INSEAD Euro-Asis Center Strategic Management programme, and holds a Certificate in Insurance from the Singapore Insurance Institute.
